Design Considerations:

To alleviate back pain, "sleep experts" typically advise consumers to replace their entire mattress every 7-10 years, which is not only ineffective but also extremely wasteful and harmful to the environment. User Instructions:

Place the "Lumbar Jack" under a mattress or a mattress topper. Position along the spine to suit your preference. It can be placed on box springs, bed slats, or another mattress. It can also be used on an adjustable bed base or a hospital bed.

Measurements:

Our "Lumbar Jack" Mattress Supporter measures 24" long by 20" wide and is designed to be used by one person. It can be folded into 5"x2.5"x24" for easy travelling.
